1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildFlow ("the Service"), operated by BuildFlow ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildFlow is a construction management platform that provides tools for proposals, invoicing, project management, and AI-assisted features for construction professionals. Access to the Service requires account approval.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. All accounts are subject to approval before access is granted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the AI features to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for generating proposals and other content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed for accuracy before use. You are solely responsible for any content you send to clients or use in business operations, whether AI-generated or not.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated to you before any charges are applied. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
